HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE FURNITURE TO BE READY?
Here are the answers:
- It takes 6 to 10 weeks to make a tailor-made table;
- It takes 4 to 8 weeks to make a coffee table;
- It takes 4 to 8 weeks to make a desk or a console table;
- It takes 4 to 6 weeks to make a bookcase;
- It takes 2 to 4 weeks to make wooden decorations.
CAN I PARTICIPATE IN DESIGNING THE FURNITURE?
You are most welcome to participate in the entire design process! At each stage, you can decide on the following: from the wood type and resin colour / no resin, to the type of milling cutters and the shape and colour of the legs, as well as the style of the finish (oil, gloss varnish or mat). CAN I DESIGN THE FURNITURE LEGS BY MYSELF?
Yes, however, during the consultation, we will discuss the details to keep the legs stable and secure.
WHICH COLOUR OF LEGS CAN I CHOOSE?
The legs can be made in any colour of the RAL colour chart.
CAN I ORDER A TABLE WITH WOODEN LEGS?
By all means, please send us your ideas! We will make every effort to ensure that our work reflects your dreams as much as possible.
WHICH WOOD CAN I ORDER MY FURNITURE FROM?
Our furniture is made of Polish wood from reliable suppliers. Our regular offer includes oak, walnut, ash, apple tree, pear, acacia and burr poplar. If you would like a different type of wood, email us and we will check what we can do!
CAN I ORDER AN EXTENDABLE TABLE?
Yes, if you need a table with extra space or an extendable table, we can make one for you.
HOW TO CARE OF WOODEN FURNITURE?
First of all, furniture should be used in accordance with its intended purpose, in closed spaces, protected against water and excessive exposure to sunlight. Furniture should be placed away from heat sources, and designated agents and soft fabrics should be used for cleaning and maintenance. More information on this subject can be found in our blog.
CAN THE FURNITURE GET SCRATCHED?
Both resin and various types of wood are prone to scratches to a smaller or greater extent, therefore scratches may appear. Traces of wear (scratches and others) are a natural and inevitable process that affects all furniture. However, we do have an influence on the number of such defects — read about it in our blog entry “How to care for furniture” Furniture can also be renovated and restored to its former appearance by having it renovated by a carpenter’s workshop.
WHAT DOES THE DELIVERY PROCESS LOOK LIKE?
We make every effort to ensure that the products ordered reach the recipient as soon as possible and in intact condition (not damaged). The furniture is packed in packages that maximally protect against damage during transport. We send it by courier service. Larger products are delivered on the so-called “first door” basis.
