Shipment and Delivery

We make every effort to ensure that the products ordered reach the recipient as soon as possible and intact (undamaged). Our furniture is packed in packages that maximally protect against damage during transport.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, we provide you with the option of tracking the parcel. In Poland, delivery is usually carried out within 2–3 business days of dispatch; in the rest of Europe, transport takes about 5–7 days.

In the case of tailor-made furniture, we provide information about the duration of the shipment by email once you provide us with the place of delivery.

The delivery is carried out in the following territories:

Poland, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Portugal, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Greece and the United Kingdom.

If, when completing the order form on the store’s website, it turns out that the country you come from or to which you wish to ship the furniture ordered from us is not included in the appropriate field, please, contact us, and we will ask the carrier about the cost of transport and process your order.

The service of bringing the furniture inside, included in the price of transport, is offered only for small products, i.e. up to 30 kg. Larger products will be delivered on the so-called “first door” basis.

Collecting furniture from the courier

Damaged package

If, upon receipt of the package, you can see that it is damaged or there are visible signs of damage, check its contents in the presence of the courier. The company tape with our logo cannot be broken or cut.

Damage report

In the event of damage to the inside of the package, a damage report should be drawn up immediately and signed with the courier. It is the basis for making complaints and rapid and trouble-free receipt of compensation from the carrier for damage.
